NHS To Support Talking Plate For Weight Loss.

I have just read Dr Christian Jessen's article "Weight Loss on a Talking Plate" in tonight's Evening Standard.  The article explains how a talking plate, which warns people to eat more slowly and costing around £1500 is being offered by the NHS to overweight families as a trial to support them get back in control of their weight (read article here http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/health/article-24013164-weight-loss-on-a-talking-plate.do).

Dr Christian admits that diets rarely work, however, I was a bit disappointed that Dr Christian made no mention of Virtual Gastric Band hypnotherapy as a credible and considerably cheaper option to the Talking Plate.  Very real results of Virtual Gastric Band hypnotherapy have been shown on two of the television programmes Christian works on "Supersize vs Superskinny" and "Embarrassing Fat Bodies".

In trials, the method of Virtual Gastric Band hypnotherapy that I use has show a positive result of 95% of cases.  It is now in the first stages of clinical trials.  Something has to be done to reduce obesity-related health problems, the cost of which is currently crippling the NHS.  If Virtual Gastric Band Hypnotherapy was offered by the NHS it would be a much more cost-effective option than the Talking Plate or bariatric surgery.
